What could I possibly say? At times, I’m hilarious. I guess I’d have to have a sense of humor because at the age of 38 I decided to go back to college to be- of all things- a high school English teacher. That takes courage and you need the ability to laugh at yourself at times.
At least the Lord was gracious enough to know that I was a tomboy growing up and he blessed me with two sons. I used to think that He had a sense of humor too, but now I know that He knew exactly what He was doing. Currently, my boys are at the stages of teenager and pre-teen, so I need lots of prayer as I go through the rollercoaster years of trying to raise them to be godly young men, and still manage to keep my sanity.
Along with all the challenges of being a mom, I also am currently battling with trying to win the battle of the bulge. Add dieting into the mix and you have a crazy concoction that may or may not lead to some insanity.
But, anyway that you look at it, this is always going to be, Just Me… and my crazy life.
