14 weeks. That is all that stands between my graduation date and me. Well, that along with the remainder of the weight I had wanted to lose before I graduated.

So, today I am sitting down and confronting the one big hurdle: weight loss. My goal is to challenge myself to lose at least 30 pounds between now and my graduation. The maximum would be to reach my goal or a size 12, whichever comes 1st!

I will be keeping track of weight in the chart below and I will also post a reflection blog at the end of each week and you will be able to find those by clicking the phrase ”14 Week Challenge” on the bar above.  :)
